Finance
The
finance department's primary responsibility is to maintain the official
accounting and financial records of CMCOG. These activities include
but are not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll,
fixed assets, grants management, contracts management, and employee
benefits administration.
The finance department staff prepares all internal and external financial
statements. Assist with on-site fiscal monitoring of aging service providers
as needed or requested. The finance staff provides leadership in the
budgeting process for the COG providing historical data and fiscal projections.
Administer and oversee the execution and performance of building maintenance.
The COG's Finance Director also serves as the COG's Assistant Director.
