The Broad River Road Corridor and Community Study is now complete and is in the process of being presented to the Central Midlands Council of Governments Board of Directors and Richland County Council for adoption.  If no additional changes are recommended by these two bodies, the document below will  be considered the final plan upon adoption. The document can be downloaded below as a single PDF File (lower resolution) or by individual chapter (higher resolution).
